报告一：变色龙哈希函数在可证明安全密码学中的应用（高伟副教授）10:00—11:30
摘要：变色龙哈希函数是一种经典的公钥密码原型，作为基础性工具在多种密码方案设计理论中发挥了重要作用。变色龙哈希函数的研究包括诸多方面，本次报告则主要考虑变色龙哈希函数作为底层构造工具，如何实现防二重认证签名（doubleauthentication preventing signatures），紧致安全签名（tightly secure signatures）和公钥线性同态认证子（publickey linear homomorphic Authenticators）等三种基础类密码原型的系统性构造。这三类密码方案的构造均可归结为变色龙哈希函数的构造，从而可以更为清晰、深刻地刻划这些密码原型的根本性质，同时这也吸引我们积极探索变色龙哈希函数作为基础密码工具在理论密码学中的重要作用。这三类密码方案的研究均是在可证明安全密码理论框架下展开的：首先，重新审视上层密码方案（即本报告考虑的三种密码方案）的安全需求，给出更为准确、细致、全面的安全性定义；其次，重新审视底层密码工具（主要是变色龙哈希函数）的密码学性质，给出更为细致、全面的基本性质的扩展和刻划；进一步给出由变色龙哈希函数到上层密码方案的通用构造；最后给出安全性证明。
报告人简介：高伟，副教授，博士，博士后，主要研究可证明公钥密码方案的设计与分析，现任鲁东大学数学与统计科学学院信息与计算科学系主任。2003年硕士毕业于广州大学，2006年博士毕业于湖南大学，2012年上海交通大学博士后出站，2009年、2011年分别赴英国伯明翰大学和澳大利亚卧龙岗大学做访问学者，自2007年至今在鲁东大学工作,主持完成国家自然科学基金1项（容忍泄漏公钥加密方案的设计及安全性证明）、教育部项目1项（支持消费者隐私权益保护的数字版权保护研究）、山东省统计局科研课题重大项目1项、横向课题2项, 近年来在可证明安全密码学方面发表SCI期刊论文6篇。
报告二：Blockchain:Construction, Applications and Research（Professor Yi Mu）16:00—17:30
摘要：Blockchaintechnology has exhibited many useful applications such as bitcoin, smartcontract, voting, IoT, etc. In this talk, the blockchain technology will beintroduced in terms of its theoretical foundation and applications. Inparticular, we will walk through the key path and history the blockchain hasbeen developed and understand the research foci of the crypto community. Hopethat from this talk, we could have a good picture of blockchain, itsapplications and research.
报告人简介：ProfessorYi Mu received his PhD from the Australian National University in 1994. He iscurrently a full professor at University of Wollongong, Australia. He was theHead of School of Computer Science and Software Engineering at University ofWollongong (UOW) during 2011-2015. His current research interest includescryptography, information security and quantum cryptography. He has publishedover 450 research papers, including over 180 journal papers and many papers attop-tier cryptography and security conferences such as Crypto, Eurocrypt,Asiacrypt, PKC, FSE, CT-RSA, ESORIS, etc. He has served as program chair andmember of program committee over 200 conferences including ACM CCS, ESORICS,ACISP, AisaCCS, etc. Professor Yi Mu is the editor-in-chief of InternationalJournal of Applied Cryptography and serves as associate editor for severalother international journals.
